When you buy Products online, you can cancel the order before 24 hours from the delivery date from store with no cancellation charges. Else cancellation charges will be applied.

You can either schedule the order online on the order confirmation page (Order Notes [optional]) and our team will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule the delivery as per your convenience. Delivery day and time is as per availability of delivery slot. Our Delivery team will intimate you about your delivery slot two days prior to delivery and on the date of delivery. If you want to change the delivery schedule then you need to contact us at least 24 hours prior to delivery date to request for change.

You can nominate any other person to receive the delivery of your purchased products. You can specify the name and the contact of the person to receive the purchased products at (Order Notes: [optional]) during order confirmation page purchase process.

However, Fuala is not responsible for accepting or rejecting the delivered products by the customer nominee.

Currently, Fuala delivers to all location in the Sultanate of Oman except the following governorates and its states:

• Dhofar.

• Al Wusta.

• Musandam

Fuala will update the list regularly.
