1. Customer's Orders
Orders: Any orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us according to availability of the products. We will use our best efforts to provide you with accepted orders at the expected delivery date in accordance with the Service Terms and Conditions, subject, however, to delays due to Force Majeure. Deliveries will be made by courier to your indicated address, Sunday to Thursday between 10:00am and 6:00pm, excluding official holidays.
Cancellation and changes to orders: Order placed cannot be cancelled or changed.
Refunds or Exchanges: All items on the Service are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. However, if there is any manufacturing defect we will be happy to rectify, which is not related to storage it your premises after the delivery.
2. Payment Security
We assure you that payment is safe and secure. Currently we use only bank transfer to our account number or through our Thawani Account.
3. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, damages or loss caused by Force Majeure Events or cause beyond our reasonable control. The expected delivery date shall be deemed automatically extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay under this provision.
4. Consequential Damages
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Service Owner shall not be held liable for any consequential, contingent or incidental damages whatsoever resulting from any use of the products provided through the Service.
5. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the Service, or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
